1.1.   All users can visit the online storewww.4speed.ltwithout revealing any of their personal data, but if they want to complete the purchase, they will have to enter the necessary personal data (such as: name, delivery address, contact email, phone, etc.).

1.2.   By registering, the buyer agrees that his personal data, which he voluntarily provides in the registration form, will be processed by the Data Controller based on these rules. Consent to give the Data Controller permission to process personal data is voluntary and the Buyer has the right to withdraw the consent by submitting a written statement and sending it by e-mailinfo@4speed.lt

1.3.   The buyer has the right to familiarize himself with his personal data, to correct it himself, and if he fails to do so himself, he has the right to demand the correction of incorrect and/or inaccurate personal data, to block or delete his data, by writing an e-mail to letter to the addressinfo@4speed.lt. In this case, MB "Greičius" must immediately implement the buyer's request (within 1-3 working days)

1.4.   MB "Greičius" recognizes and respects every Buyer who registers in the online storewww.4speed.lt, the right to privacy. The Data Controller collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name or surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) to process orders for goods or services (or to fulfill other assumed contractual obligations) and to fulfill sales. The buyer registers in the online storewww.4speed.lt, confirms that he agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed for orders of goods and serviceswww.4speed.ltin the online store for processing and sale, as well as for direct marketing purposes (agrees to receive newsletters and informational messages at the e-mail address specified by the Buyer). The buyer will receive the newsletter no more often than a few times a month to his specified e-mail address, but he has a clear option to refuse the newsletter.

1.5.   The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, with the exception of the Data Controller's partners providing goods delivery or other services related to the proper fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.6.   Personal data is processed using secure means that protect this data from unauthorized destruction, disclosure or other illegal actions.

1.7.   Buyers' data is stored and used for direct marketing purposes no longer than 2 years after the Buyer's last login to the online storewww.4speed.lt. After this period, the customer's data is destroyed. The destruction of personal data is supervised by the domain manager.
