Delivery

1.1.   The Seller undertakes to deliver the Goods to the Customer within 2-3 days after confirmation of receipt of the order payment, if the goods are in the central warehouse, in other cases, the goods are delivered within 3-7 days or within another deadline specified by the seller.

1.2.   Delivery methods

1.2.2.   LP Express by post machines

1.2.3.   In the city of Kaunas at the agreed time and place.

1.3. Before delivering the goods, the couriers or the seller's employees, if necessary, have the right to contact the customer and check the exact time at which the customer will receive/pick up the delivered goods. If no other person accepting the goods is specified in the order, the customer must accept them himself.

1.3. In cases where the customer cannot receive the goods at the agreed time, he immediately informs the courier delivering the goods and the seller by phone.

1.4. If the goods are delivered to the address specified by the customer and at the time agreed with him, but the customer cannot be found, the customer has no right to make claims to the seller regarding the delivery of the goods.

1.5. During the delivery of the goods, the buyer or the buyer's representative undertakes to check the quantity and quality of the goods. The buyer or the buyer's representative must immediately inform the Seller about the violation of the packaging of the goods, by e-mail:info@4speed.lt

1.6. The Customer must submit all comments regarding obvious product defects by e-mail:info@4speed.lt. Claims regarding hidden defects of the goods can be submitted by the customer in writing no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.

1.7. The seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the address and terms specified in the order. If it turns out that the seller cannot deliver the goods on the scheduled date, he immediately informs the customer about this.

1.8. The seller is released from responsibility for the violation of the terms of delivery of the goods, if this violation occurred due to the fault of the customer or the seller.

 

1.9. Upon delivery of the goods to the address specified by the buyer, the goods are considered to have been delivered to the buyer or the buyer's representative.
